1.You have proof of purchase.
2.The items must be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging.
3.Consumables such as coffee cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging. **For PS Power Coffee (Premium set), if the mug in the packaging was damaged due to it being insufficiently packed and protected for shipping, please report to Customer Service team within 24 hours upon items received.**
4.If your return is valid, we will reimburse you with a refund through the same mode of payment that was made in the original purchase.
5.In the scenario of the buyer’s change of mind, buyer shall get seller’s consent prior to the return request and buyer will bear the return shipping fee.
6.Items such as DVD’s, CD’s and recordable media which contain a security seal cannot be returned if it has been broken or tampered with.
7.In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to Customer Service team within 24 hours upon items received.
