1. Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  2. Pre-ordered items will be dispatched one day before the official launch date, unless otherwise specified. For items under the “Ready Stock” category, delivery is typically completed within 1–3 working days (international deliveries may take longer).
  3. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure prompt delivery. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive and sign for the parcel. We will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incomplete addresses (postcode required), incorrect recipient names, wrong addresses, or unauthorized recipients. Re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer if the parcel is returned due to an unattended address.
  4. For “Ready Stock” items, once your order is accepted and processed, a dispatch confirmation email will be sent, including tracking details and courier information.
  5. We use PosLaju (courier service company) for all deliveries. Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels via the PosLaju website once the tracking number is provided.
  6. If a parcel is returned to us due to reasons such as unclaimed delivery, incorrect address, or unknown recipient, the customer will be required to cover additional postage fees for re-delivery.
  7. All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the time the order is placed.
  8. While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance (for international orders), or courier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
  9. Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location, package weight, and selected courier service. The final amount will be shown at checkout before payment is made.
  10. We currently deliver within Malaysia and selected international locations. If your address is outside our standard delivery zones, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  11. We ensure that all items are thoroughly inspected for any defects before dispatch. If your item is arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  12. If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and provide supporting photos or documentation. This will allow us to assist you in lodging a report with the courier service.
