- Please note we are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
- Items are custom made to order and will therefore be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Delivery time may then take a further 2-5 days. We always aim to dispatch all goods as quickly as possible.
- If you pre-order goods with a launch date, then we will reserve your goods and hold the whole order until the day before the launch date. The pre-ordered goods will be dispatched the day before the launch date if delivery. Otherwise stated such as products under “Ready Stock” categories therefore delivery timeline will be around 1-7 working days (other than Malaysia delivery timeline will be longer).
- All reasonable efforts to deliver the order will be made by us. However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive parcel and sign. We shall not be responsible for delivery failure due to address are not complete (MUST HAVE POSCODE), wrong address, wrong person name, or being received by unauthorized persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
- For the ready stock items, once your order has been accepted and processed, we will send you a dispatch notification email confirming that your order have shipped. This email will also contain carrier and tracking information.
- We use national courier Poslaju for delivery, customers are expected to trace your parcel from PosLaju website themselves once the tracking no is given.
- If your parcels returned back to us due to possible reasons (unclaimed, wrong address given or no such person etc), customers need to pay for additional postage to post again the parcels.
- All items are solely first come first serve basis. Full payment must be made upon placing order.
