- Consumables such as coffee cannot be returned unless unopened and in their original packaging.
- If your return is approved, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the buyer must obtain the seller’s consent before returning the item and will bear the return shipping cost.
- Items such as DVDs, CDs, and recordable media with a security seal cannot be returned if the seal has been broken or tampered with.
- If you receive damaged or defective items, please report them to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt.
