1. You must provide proof of purchase.
  2. The items must be new and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
  3. Consumables such as coffee cannot be returned unless unopened and in their original packaging.
  4. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
  5. If the return is due to a change of mind, the buyer must obtain the seller’s consent before returning the item and will bear the return shipping cost.
  6. Items such as DVDs, CDs, and recordable media with a security seal cannot be returned if the seal has been broken or tampered with.
  7. If you receive damaged or defective items, please report them to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt.
  8. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund that is deemed unreasonable.
